Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However we aim to process the refunds within 15 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Wentorer Strasse. 120 Hamburg DE 21029.
How much amount will be refunded?
- In Case of Complete Order Return, 10% amount will be deducted as Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges from the Total Order value (Excluding Shipping Amount).
- If refund is issued as a gift voucher there will be no deduction in the Order Amount. (Excluding Shipping Amount).
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

Enclose all the items you wish to return in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and safely packed in a packet, with our return address marked clearly on it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please be careful when trying on clothing, items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets attached.
- Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading/ sequence may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
- Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only.
- Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.
- More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.
- Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed.
- We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
NOTE: It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean
The Anarcali take great care in accurately reproducing the colours used in the collections. However, due to the limitations in the colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your computer screen, there might be slight deviations. The detailed descriptions provided were produced with reasonable care. Nevertheless, the specifications may change.
